We are called to Go & Be Christ's church to the world through the Holy Spirit by connecting people to God and to each other for His glory.
WHO WE ARE
1. WE ARE AUTHENTIC
This world is surrounded by fake every single day. We believe that it is the purpose of the church to be real and authentic, displaying the love of Christ to all we encounter.
2. WE ARE RELATIONAL
As people, we crave relationships. It is a part of who we are. We believe that as a church, we're not only called to live in communion with God but also to live in fellowship with one another.
3. WE WILL ALWAYS PURSUE THE NEXT GENERATION
Equipping the next generation is a part of how we fulfill our mission as a church. We believe in young people, and we want to be a part of a movement that continues to reach people for Christ.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 3:16-17)
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Acts 10:38-43; Hebrews 1:2-3; Matthew 25:31-32)
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling and filling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. We believe in the anointing and baptism of the Holy Spirit by which His gifts and ministries are released through the Body of Christ, the Church. (Acts 2:1-4; John 16:7-14; Galatians 3:22-23)
We believe in the Church, the bride of Christ, whose goal is to make disciples throughout the world. This global Church is comprised of many local fellowships. We affirm those fellowships that see Jesus Christ as Lord and the only way to heaven. (Acts 2:46-47; Matthew 28:19-20)
We believe in the Biblical definition of marriage: one man and one woman, committed to each other in a union of mutual love, faithfulness, and respect. Marriage exists to be a picture of the unchanging love Christ has for His own bride, the Church. (Genesis 2:18,22-24; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:31-32)
We believe that the Bible alone is the infallible, inspired Word of God, and its authority is ultimate, eternal and final. The Bible is the source of all doctrine, instruction, correction and reproof. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Psalm 119:103)
We believe in communion as a commemoration of Christ’s death, and will continue to do it in this memory until He comes again. It is a sign of our relationship with Him. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26; Matthew 26:26-29)
We believe baptism is an outward sign of what God has already done in our lives. We follow Christ’s example, and through it identify with Him in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 16:31, 33)
We believe mankind is enslaved to sin. Jesus Christ came to pay the price for our sin on the cross. By his death, we can be in right-relationship with God. His death makes possible the healing of our body, soul, and spirit. (John 8:34; Romans 6:16, 23; Isaiah 53:6)
We believe that salvation is a free gift from God based on the merits of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, and is appropriated by faith. (Ephesians 2:8-9; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Acts 4:12; John 1:12; 2 Corinthians 5:17)
We believe in a literal second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ and eagerly await the resurrection of those who died in Him. We believe in a literal heaven and hell. Christ, based on their relationship with Him, determines the eternal status for saints and unbelievers. (Romans 8:11; I Corinthians 15:12-14, 19)
