Rob’s primary responsibilities with Orlando North include preaching and giving leadership to the staff and volunteers. In addition, Rob speaks at conferences such as Lead Now, Fusion, and Refreshed. In 2007, Rob’s first book, Seldom Familiar, was published.

Jackie serves as the Executive Assistant to Pastor Rob. Her behind-the-scenes work is vital to the day-to-day operations of the church. Primarily, her responsibilities include scheduling volunteers, maintaining the events calendar, managing the office, and keeping Rob sane on Mondays.

John serves Orlando North as the Associate & Youth Director. His primary responsibilities include leading all functions of our youth ministry, Lift, so that our students will be enabled to confidently demonstrate God's glory in their culture. He is also a regular in the Sunday morning preaching schedule.

Valarie is the Children's Director of G.U.T.S. Children's Ministries. Valarie brings experience and passion to the our families, as well as a desire to think 'Orange' (families and church working together to disciple children) in the way we do children's ministries. She gives oversight to all ministries for children and families from birth through sixth grade.

Mikey serves as the Technical Director for Orlando North. This is a huge job that oversees all areas of media used by the church. Let it also be known that Mikey is a pretty sweet ice hockey player.
