We cannot be the church if we are not busy BEING the church.

God has strategically placed us in a northern Orlando community, and we want to do our best to serve the people here. The community is not here to serve us. We, as Jesus’ hands and feet, are here to serve them, and we have a passion to do just that.

Orlando North will focus its efforts on serving those who are in need and often-times hopeless. We’ll serve single moms, the elderly, and the homeless in any way we can. Orlando North has three ‘Serve Days’ throughout the year where we will corporately work on projects that have great needs. These will be days where the entire congregation will be expected to put down their day’s agenda and embrace the people for whom we are working.

We will also serve our community through our house churches. Each house church builds relationships with each other by serving together. Once a quarter, each house church will choose its own community project to serve for one day.
