We make every effort to help people connect with the church and become part of its amazing life as quickly as possible. Connecting in a meaningful way brings so much more satisfaction as you are part of a church tribe. Orlando North has a number of opportunities where you may serve. G.U.T.S. Children’s Ministry
Do you have a desire to help kids grow to be courageous young men and women for Jesus? If so, serving in Growing Under The Son (G.U.T.S.) children’s ministry may be just your area. We need volunteers who are excited about serving our kids in either the nursery, pre-k, or elementary classrooms. Our children’s director, Valarie Barnes, gives great oversight and instruction to the ministry, and you’d be working together with an incredible army of volunteers while you minister to our kids.

Café
Do you make a mean coffee cake? How about brownies? Is your expertise more along the lines of picking out the best box of doughnuts at Publix? If any of these can be said about you, you would be perfect for our café team. This team is responsible for bringing delicious treats to be enjoyed by everyone before our service begins. As people walk into our facility, they are greeted with the goodies and coffee. It’s a great time to connect with people and help our guests know how glad we are they have come.

Assembly Crew
A behind-the-scenes job, but oh so important! A fantastic group of volunteers help us each week get ready for our worship services. They do the set-up and break-down of our facility where we meet. It’s a job that simply requires a willing heart and a hunger to serve.

Greeters
We’re looking for people with a warm smile and a friendly manner to greet people coming into the service. A guest may need help getting their children checked in for the children’s ministry, a word of encouragement after a hard week, or just a welcoming face from someone who wants to learn their name. The greeters’ team is a wonderful way to become connected with the people of Orlando North.
